The likeness is great. I think you could use a little more color though. Seems a little washed out...

always stylized ,,, these women of yours just seem to be fairylike.

this one seems to bit duller than most: sad colors, made me think of a drug-sick woman in a rehab, at the lowest point in her young life....

agree she looks like in rehab, or waiting for the effects to start - which is why this is an INTERESTING painting - has more character than your typical figure. I like it very much, more than many of your other works. I like your painting better than the original. Also your background doesn't compete with the character, as the original background does. However, I really think that as you are painting a painting, you should title it as a copy after the artist.

Rather than veins on her hands she looks like a cutter. The original looks like a model, yours looks like a person. Authentic in herself. I simply see her dreaming of a better situation. Could be anything. Or a situation that she just had, or just thinking.
