C'est tellement complexe et très agréable. Beaucoup de travail, je suis sûr. Je dois chercher du papier noir. Il a été un long temps puisque j'ai travaillé sur le noir.
Great job.
Derek

This is so complex and lovely. A lot of work I'm sure. I have to get some black paper. It has been a long time since I've worked on black.
Great job.

You have a wonderful style. I could just float down that river on a raft!

Black really makes the colours sing, doesn't it? And this painting is singing loudly .... Beautiful!

By its beauty and atmosphere that it emits, this is a pastel that almost makes me think that one day I will dare to try a pastel landscape. I'm so blown away! Not sure at all that it is the black paper that makes it so successful !Congratulations.

... me too ! This is a fine work with so many beautiful details! Did you use some specific black paper for this - I mean "real" pastel paper or something else? I am a beginner and just tried a black photo album page...

Thank's very much all.
Pam, Prashanti, yes my style is "photographic" but not hyper realist...
Thank's Marina, Bill, T Porter...
Karen, next time I draw a raft on the river...
Sandra,Light is very important for me - I always work on black paper to have a nice contrast - I receive colours as light (every colour corresponds to a scale in light)...
Thank's Jen, Artsask, Jean, Bob, Christiane, Cris, Katiepea, Chris, Grinner...
Raxu, my paper is the Canson MT black.
