I'm making a big project, i never painted something this big before
but after this one i'm going to paint one on a smooth mdf board with acrylics, about 80cm high

This one is made in black india ink

It took up all the space on my table so i had to improvise some sort of smaller table with the board i use on my easel

Incredible realism. Not strictly watercolours.

Thx!
I made one in black watercolor too but it was too washed out, it didn't have that big contrast :) i use the same techniek with the ink like watercolours though
Is there maybe another forum where I could have placed it better? sorry if this in the totally wrong place :D

You've got some lovely effects with the India Ink. Not easy to lift I imagine.

Well, Pen and Ink maybe or Watermedia?

great skys- and the wiring is really good- the top halves of your paintings tend to be significantly better than the bottom half. you seem to be good when it comes to the neat realism of the wires against a cloudy sky but when it comes to the confusion of the tracks and the ground - i think you should take a scrap sheet of paper and practise some techniques. as Yorky has said - this is ink so its hard to comment on techniques etc when we all do water colors.
but i think these paintings are very strong and successful and show promise. i think your photos are very well chosen too and your perspectives are good.

i am always looking for train tracks to paint but never get past deciding on the right photo.

Very nice! The monochromatic effect really works with this subject.
