I've moved your pictures from Talk to the Studio as that is where we show our work...but I've left a redirect just in case.

Good transitions in the landscape, but two things strike me...one, the bird and horizon are the same level...so the bird almost disappears. Two - if it was sunrise or sunset the bird would be seen as more a silhouette...so the white would not show up so much....unless that was what you intended of course! To show distance in transitions it helps to intensify the colour at the front of the picture then fade it as it goes into the distance...

The butterfly picture is light and almost ethereal...works well!

The next picture needs a bit more definition... or maybe less definition!

Your portrait is very good...but you may complicate it by not choosing one light source for your highlights, instead of adding white on both sides.

Overall it's nice to see a variety of work in one medium...especially as you usually work in acrylics...your style transcends both mediums. Well done!
