Too bad he's not alive to enjoy the fame! I couldn't tell who will benefit....the family? Or the people who bought the house and found the paintings in the garage? Either way, it's nice to see art that is valued! What a great find!

Yeah, I almost dropped my teeth when I saw it on the news last night!!! I do hope that they share some of the earnings with his family. If it brings in the $30 mil they are talking about, they'll have more than enough to go around.
The artist only died 14 years ago. I wonder if he was a well known artist before he died or only after he died....
Nice to see that art is valued no matter the time frame.

We can't all be that lucky . I think I will keep scrapping my junk .
My kids already have 175 plus works to deal with on my demise .
