This is a copy l made almost 9 years ago ,and it shows the problem l hade in copying without thinking:D,. There you cand see a mechanical painting ,not thinking that ,in real like, this colour is imposible.l have copyied the old varnish ,not the real skin tones ,that this person could have .http://www.wetcanvas.com/Community/images/29-Jan-2013/1165823-Da_Messina.jpg

Thank you LGHumphrey! not thinking about the fact that this hue is not in real life !as a said before l've copied the color of the varnish ,noit it's true color ,that probably had some pinkish hue :)>as drawing and modelling the form it is ok ,but the color it's not very cool :)

Thank you ErnstG! l am honored to receive comments from a very experienced artist like you !
l think that this painting (the original) was called "condottiere",and probably you're right,he was a knight , and like all the young fighters ,had to have a kind of madness:)

please ask the site admins if you can put up permanent drawing from your mind tutorials.

don't know how to do it ,but l think it's okay if l will put a WIP of a copy ,because the drawing will be there ,so l will simply make some photos of each step of the drawing.
when l have time ,l will post a drawing from my mind ,from start to finish :)
