This is a portrait of my sister i'm working on for Christmas.

I am worried most about the lip area, but any and all critiques are welcome :) .

At this point, imo, the eyes and posture are compelling. The verdaccio is soft. The way the light strikes the face makes me think there should be some light on the lower chest area also, toward her right. Without the reference, the drawing looks competant. The right side of the philtrum looks misplaced to me. I think it should start --not under the nostril but at/near the base of the septum. That may be part of what concerns you about the lip area. I also think the right side of her mouth needs to extend a bit farther left, more under her right eye. Right now, too, the shading on her left side at the mouth area may b throwing things off for you. When you make adjustments there it should help.
And I hope this opinion does.

That's a pretty compellingly strong image. Keep it simple as you build it up so you don't lose that.
