Welcome to Wet Canvas, Katherine! I am so glad to have you join us.

This piece is very intriguing in movement and color choices. That mossy green is a great offset to the red center. I also like the fact that it is off center to the canvas.

What medium did you use? What size is it?

BEAUTIFUL WORK OF ART

hi Kathrine,

a few ideas:

- a fish eye
- a catadioptric telescope
- a lonesome erythrocyte entering a tiny blood vessel
- an apple in an elevator tube

just kidding - more of these! - cheers - martin

Welcome to the basement, Kathrine!! :) Looks like your'e going to be a great addition to the walls down here!!

I too would like to know the size/medium. The palette is wonderful. Looks like a womb containing a fetus to me. :) But, I've seen 25794579475 ultra-sounds too though. ;) It was nice to see one in living color. :)

Lovely piece of work. Very well balanced.

I like it a lot,the lines, your choice of colors, very earthy! and "cinnamony"
Makes me want to run and get a coffee and cinnamon bun!
Seriously I like your work, hope to see more soon, with details of what you are using!:D

It's like looking into somebody's eye and seeing their soul. Love it!
