15 hours, Pen & Ink, .02 Micron and Brush.

While not technically correct in the traditional over/under pattern of Celtic Knotwork, it is my first, 'advanced' piece, and something that I'm hoping to get more into. It's and odd sort of soothing method to work.

C&C would be appreciated, please do not digitally alter.

Apparant you spent a great deal of time on it. I especially like the squeeze mid right.

I like it very much. I did myself a few years ago some "celtic" pieces with ink mixed with modern themes, it was interesting but very tiring too !

Thx

Tamana -
Thank you - I was feeling a bit rough on the right there, especially the bit on the right where it comes through the mid-point of the "E".

Surreal and Dahzl - thank you for your kind words. I've started on another one (albiet a bit less difficult/tedious)

LOVE-ly :)

Great stuff, like pretzels gone mad!! I think some kind of shading or colouring to pick out the letters might be effective.

I have toyed with it. A quick one, done digitally looks like this:

(had to scale it down a bit - trust me, you'll thank me for the load time...)

Then of course, I had to go and get strange...

But this just opens up all sorts of *wrong* possibilities...
