Thanks for posting the studio sketches. I think those of use with the opportunity to do life drawing are the truly blessed in the gang.
What sort of studio do you work in? Is it a school open for evening sessions? A group that pool their resources?
I hear lots in here looking for opportunities to get out and draw and wonder how many of us found our groups or if we created our own....or if you have a group... I guess I am presumptious, you may hire your own models!
It is really neat to look forward to the others in the cyber group posting something each week after the sessions.
Hard to actually critique, which makes it nifty. All we have to do is share.

Charlotte and Asheville have a lot of working artists. Over the past several years I have drifted in and out of various studio drawing groups. The group I'm currently drawing with meets twice a week - once for long poses (to satisfy the painters) and once for short poses. I try to get to the short pose session on Wednesdays from 7 to 9PM.
