Ever lay awake @ night mesmorized by the "end of programming" bars on the t.v. with the faucet drip as your soundtrack? This piece certainly attests that I have seen that epic saga more times then I care to count ...

Not too keen about the geometrics of the top half, but I do like the bottom. Specially those dots of orange.

I lot of different stuff going on in this image.
The TV pattern mix with the (almost) sound of the water.
My only critque would be the splatter at the bottom. I do like it yet I think, in this case, it's taking away from the overall piece.
Again, amzing idea & piece of work.

Meatloaf: Thanks for the input ... yeah, I thought about making this one into two pieces, but something just wouldn't let me split these images up. I just do what the voices tell me I guess LoL. Thanks again.

Part of what I was going for with the imbalance of the two halves was the unsettling nature of insomnia. How it has that uncomfortable edge to it where things seem a bit off and a bit unbalanced (as they say in Fight Club, "With insomnia ... nothing is real. Everything is a copy of a copy..."-- thus, the unbalanced, unsettling nature of this painting. When I lay awake at night I have so many random, obscure images floating around banging up against each other in strange ways, and much of that chaos is depicted here.
Love your imagination.

eh, like this one ! very creative, & unlike Tam [;)], I like the top half. The bottom is strange, something like a fall. If it could be like the top... BTW it's very very interesting :)
