I've also posted this as part of another thread in the critique section... it includes the painting I painted over...

I've got some work to do on it still, but nothing huge.

based on a photo of a friend of mine mixed in with a few other ideas....

got the one you sent me but I couldn't open it, I was dying especially since we had company for dinner so I couldn't just hop on the web and search. ARrrrgh!! Now I get my eyefull. Yeah, yeah I like it better now. It seems like it gelled for you, no more struggle apparent. Your color choice gives it a feel of sophistication and mystery (to me) and I like the flare given the line for the thigh.

Like the way the contour lines of the figure also repeat in the hair!

I like this one very much. Forbidden Fruit might profit from the same approach to hair/breast that you have captured in this one. I love the sense of "mystery" in this piece.

Sun -- this IS forbidden fruit .... with a bit of sanding and some extra paint... oh and a few sheets of gold-leaf... :D
