Alright here's the thing:
On one of my little tubes the paint has dried up and stuck the cap to the tube, and there's no way I can get the cap off. :( Any tips? I once read something about putting it in hot water? Won't that ruin the paint??

Hold the top collar of the tube and use a pair of pliers gently!
I keep pliers in my paint box, some brands rarely stick while others just seem to do it overnight. You need to hold it up where the tube is solid when using the pliers or it will rip.

Heat the cap then use pliers.

When you use pliers on a stuck cap, it sometimes helps to turn it clockwise first............sounds crazy, but it works:) by the way water won't hurt the paint.

Just put the tube in some hot water, and try again!

Wrap the cap in a towel first, and the pliers won't damage the cap as much.
Also, ammonia dissolves acrylic paint. Make a diluted solution (3 parts water, 1 part ammonia--what I use to clean airbrushes and my regular brushes too) and use that to loosen a really stubborn cap...
