Hello,
in these days I'm not going out to find something to sketch for several reasons, at least to go out often as I want!.
But I think I've to insist, because summer is ending and the light after work time is dimming dramatically. And most of my sketches are made after work. Or probably I've to improve and challenge myself with more night time sketching, why not.
:)

By the way this sketch was made yesterday. It's a tiny street with a nice arc and I love to seat near for sketch. I was lurking this small street and so I did this sketching yesterday.

And another view of the port where I live. It was a cloudy day and I challenged the rain several times.

So actually I'm trying to sketch more during my lunch break in the office, and these are some results. It's also a nice stress reliever for me, because I think only to draw in that few minutes and the whole world around me disappears magically> Probably is like a zen meditation...
There are some sketches made drawing objects on my desktop and some not.
I sketch mainly on bad prints on photocopier paper and on wrapping paper so I can recycle and my heart feel happier. All the followings sketching are made with the Pilot V-Pen refilled...and it will behaves so nice.

I have also refilled as personal experiment, my workhorse Pentel V-Pen (varsity in USA) with Noodlers Ink. Why? It's a long story on why refilling a disposable pen. Mainly is for fun (I like to move hands and make and experiment... since I was a kid), for the environment, for experimenting, for having one more workhorse... still don't know exactly.
And now is a workhorse with steroids. I did it so in two pens and now I'm more than happy because now I can experiment even more with inks. Next coming the transformation of the Platinum Preppy...

It's great that you were able to fit in some sketching time into your workday. The sketches are great - those first two street scenes really catch my eye.

Great sketches at lunch and other times. Much more economical and environmentally sound to refill pens than throw them away. Good job.

Your sketches are really so good! I love that one of the street with the arch and the flowers...it makes me want to be back in Italy. I love the one of the port too. Great sketches from lunchtime.

Fab sketches. The Platinum preppies refill nicely, you need to keep a certain level of ink in them or they drip, fuller is better.

ah I remember trying to sneak sketches in at work, very rarely got a lunch break. Your sketches are fab, love that tiny paintbox and the way you recycled a throw away pen. Hope you keep up the sketches, so important, wish I'd a been more sneaky :D Good work, thanks, much enjoyed looking
