These are some Lighthouse paintings I've don over the last year. Two are hanging in our living room, my sweet wife having laid claim to them "Split Rock Light" is owned by a non family member.
I wil appreciate comments.

This is Home Port, not a lighthouse but a seascape

Thank you all, for the kind words. I believe the best thing I've done in recent years is to "take up the brush" again. I hadn't painted since High School, started again 3 years ago. BTW the attached painting is my sweet wife's favorite. It hangs over our fireplace. Titled: Serenity Light, this one exists only in my imagination.

Another fine piece...:)
Sometimes our imagination can be the best place from which to select our subject..:D

I can see why it's her favorite! It's superb. :)
The paintings are all beautiful. Lighthouses and water are my favorite subjects.

Thanks, all for the kind words. As soon as school starts 8/19, hopefully there will be more seascapes, etc. I'm in the middle of drawing classes at present. One more semester to finish and on to figure drawing.
