Fabulous

Hi everybody.
I have started painting watercolors since only two months.
I am spending more than one hor per day on it, and I am rapidly becoming more and more fond of this magic technique.
I really like the rich exchange of experience and inspiration of this forum.
I wonder if there is any course (of say1-2 weeks, full-time, possiby in Europe) that I (with my level), could attend in August.
Suggestions?
Thanks,
Fabrizio
P.S. Already posted in watercolor forum, but not found anything interesting yet
Hey, welcome to wc!! I'm not very familiar with what is available to you in Europe, but I hope you will be able to find what you're looking for! Are you interested in taking lessons of how to paint in watercolour, and is that what you are looking for? If so, then you can probably find some sort of class.
But, another idea, maybe, would be to look for painting groups who go out and paint together, and maybe you can hook up with some other watercolourests who's wisdom you can gain from. A few years back I got invited to do something similar, and went out painting every day for a week in the summer to various locations. The group was mixed, watercolourists, oilists, and acrylic painters, but to see everyone's work, and styles, and the information I collected from all of them combined within that week did me some real good.

I'm sorry I don't know your budget, but I found this place on a quick search. The dates I think are soon to be over, but they may do this again next year, and they are local for you in Italy, why not call them up and see what they have available... ALSO click their links, as other Art workshops were given...

Here is another that requires contacting the owners, but it seems they have classes in France coming in Sept... Warning: these do look like tourist traps, so watch out for extra expenses added on!

My best suggestion to you, would be to look at the local art schools and see what summer courses they offer... Some of this is hard to navigate, but should give you a small idea of what's available... try the first 2, the last 2 are a bit pricey...
