After WC, my next fave is the Sijun.com (http://www.sijun.com/cgi-bin/ultimatebb.cgi) digital art forums. The crits have a harder edge, but the information is invaluable. After that would be digitalart.org (http://digitalart.org/) . Some of the heavy hitters post there. Finally there's In Depth Arts (http://www.critical-depth.com/) , which features 2D & 3D art.

This is a cool Photoshop painting tutorial (http://www.gameart.com/mindstorm/tutorialM.html) .
Here's another Pshop art site (http://www.earthcurves.com/) . Lastly, two good Painter sites, 3DLuVr (http://www.3dluvr.com/content/artz/digital.php) and a Painter Links (http://home.earthlink.net/%7Eathene/painter/index.html) page.
