The days fly by for me....especially now since the hubby is retired!

I am finding more time for art too!! Kinda surprised at that .

Been working on a group of artomat blocks. gargoyles again. will post some soon. We artists are having an exchange in Washington, DC this month. It is fun to be with like minded folk.

At work today my "boss" was tickled with a little joke he heard...

Yeah, Satan called.......said he wants his weather back!

What is happening with ya'll?

rainy and hot hot here in SouthWest Florida!!!! usual summer:smug: i think ive picked out my pics i want to try this month....Rene Bull's Rubaiyat.....Christmas Eve, i found very haunting...charcoal maybe? and Junes ...im thinking of the old man with the sheep, his younger daughter and a young son,,,,i hope this will be acceptable......i was quite disappointed with my Homer, after putting some time in him...but, i really had trouble with the boat and the man.....sooooo, i went to photoshop and bottaboom its blue::evil: tyree:wave: http://www.wetcanvas.com/Community/images/02-Jul-2012/65063-homer_in_blue.jpg

Susan - that is a hard piece, really - you did well, the water looks great in this blue version! I hope you enjoy working on those pieces.

robin....these are gorgeous...the colours, design....some of the most wonderful gargoles ive seen were in barcelona, and notre dame....do you collect them also??? tyree

Hi folks! Interesting boat Tyree...why am I thinking of Tom Hanks. I think boats are really hard to do...like yours a lot.

Wonderful gargoyles Robin....I love the colors and design. Do you print all copies for Artomat by hand. Whew!

I have had joint pain in my knees...so it has been hard to get up and down...a little better now so I can do some art at last. :cool:
