You have truly capture the illusion of oil painting using the digital medium. Bravo! No mess, no toxic fumes, no costly canvases; just several thousand dollars worth of software http://www.wetcanvas.com/ubb/biggrin.gif !
Seriously, top-notch classical oil painting effects. Post more when you're able.
There is no spoon...

Spectra7 ... These are all wonderful!!! I especially like the top on ... the autumn colors are great! Love the way you do the leaves on the trees!! and the shadowing!! Thanx for sharing this (even though I had to dig for it - thought it was worth bringing back to the top of this forum) :)

I would like to say thanks to all of you who posted comments and kind words. One of my goals to show that traditional approches to paitning can be achieved via the digital medium. It is encouraging to see that it is appreciated I will be posting some works from a few new series I have been working on. I have decode to explore some abstract paintngs and a portrait series. Alsp working on series involing tree forms. I will try to get a few up today.

Spectra7 these are excellent! I'd love to know what filters/software/technique you used to achieve this if you are willing to divulge. ;)
I also find digital art a very useful tool for more traditional artists in planning or trying to envision how a piece may work.

:p All are so lovely! More please.
The top and bottom ones look so realistic! Wonderful work. The middle one is more painterly, which is fine. Am just wondering what it would look like if you blended the sky a little more on that one. Anyway, you've done a beautiful job. Thank you for sharing with us.
