art data base

Not too long ago I saw an art data base that we could download to keep track of our art work and where it is placed. But I can't find it again. Can someone tell me where to look for this?

The program I am looking for was developed by a memer of Wetcanvas. I can't remember his name and he was sharing it with us. It was mentioned in another topic on the message board. I don't remember which one as I have been looking at so many! Does anyone remember where it is?
