I've been practicing-this is a flower done with technical pen detail and Panda watercolor on Stonehenge paper-approx 8x10.
There is so little water used with the Panda paints it's almost like drybrush, so it worked beautifully on the Stonehenge. I stumbled across the paints on Ebay-a box of 12 colors for a whole $5.00 American, including shipping :D
I keep looking at the empty space on the left, wondering if it needs something there, but can't think of anything to fill it with that would improve the composition. Anyone have any suggestions?
Also, I didn't tweak the scan, I didn't realize how washed out the colors would appear here-picture them as a clear lavender and colonial blue

Thanks for looking

Carole

It's a beautiful flower, soft and delicate. I would add a leaf behind it perhaps.

Hi! Carole.... this is very pretty. I can't think what else you could put in there either. Maybe if you crop the picture you would feel happier with it.
I took it into PSP, hope you don't mind, and did one crop for you to see.

Have a play around and I'm sure you can come up with a really nice composition:cat:
