So Tamana--four cheese your favorite eh? Good--next time in the pizzeria ask for Cinque Formaggio--Cingue [CHING way] means five--the cook will go nuts trying to figure out what cheese number 5 is!

(If they ask you tell them the 5th cheese is Cacciocavallo--a Sicilian cheese that can be found in specialty shops--the name translates to "horse cheese" really! From the way the cheese was carried about on horseback, not from mare's milk.

Pardon the ramble....rosie

lol. Anthony.

lol They don't even KNOW what it is around here, much less the 5th cheese. There's a little place in Charlotte that serves it, but I haven't been there in years. Locally it's the Pizza Hut. lol. Order it from there and the above "Say what?!" is exactly what you get. You've got me in the mood for one now!!! I'll have to make that run this weekend.

Tam :)

Boston's not that far from Charlotte is it? A couple of tanks of gas, a squashed squirrel or two and you're here!

Ha!! Unfortunately I have no time right now. Boston would be fun though. I'll be in Charlotte all day Saturday, including a trip to the Mint. Gonna def. hit that cafe' afterwards. lol - Raincheck though for sure.
