Kids,
The painting has been fabulous here in North Florida for the last few weeks. I've been working on a series here in my neck of the pasture. I'm preparing for a two woman show in February, called "Pastoral Places". A perfect title for a landscape painter don't you think? I am wondering whether anyone here has a gallery show coming up? You might think about approaching your dealers with the idea of a landscape show. Mine was very receptive. He has scheduled a plein air invitational show this spring, just because I asked him to.

I'm glad to hear the painting has been good down there lately. The vote counting left something to be desired.

Yes Linda the weather has been spectacular! Unfortunatley i haven't been able to take advantage of it lately http://www.wetcanvas.com/ubb/frown.gif Actually i e-mailed you about that the other day but it came back for some reason & i know nothing about what 'fatal errors' means...i had wanted to ask first, if you've been painting & second, knowing a bit about your work & your favored palette, if you changed your palette much or at all in consideration of this 'brown wonderland'. And i mean wonderland truly because i love this time of the year & am one of the few people who don't find it dull! Yes, to those who may wonder, it does get rather brown in Central Florida in the winter...but it was 80 degrees today!
