I have to keep reducing the size of these efforts! Pastel, still blue theme, because I like the colours. Any comment? From a borrowed idea.

I feel like I am looking into the center of a flower.

It has a hypnotic effect. I could barely tear my eyes from it! It kind of reminds me of a water lily. Where was the idea borrowed from?

Thank you for enjoying my painting. The original idea came from a digital photo, can't remember where I saw it. I don't know if it was a protea, but that 's what it reminded me of. They're farmed in Aussie, you see them in the flower shopss, but not that colour.
I felt it was my life, usually orderly chaos (left side) but occasionally giving way to absolute chaos! (right side), anyway I love those colours. Having brought up 11 children (mine, his and grandaughter, my life does get like that! Enjoy your art, Ido!

My very first impression was Georgia O'Keefe !!! Protea, yes.....great blending of colors with wonderful "softness."

All of you have certainly inspired me!! Looks like I'd better do some more abstract work. Have an idea in mind but not much time at moment. Many thanks.
