Damn that's cool! What is up with the portfolio thing? (also interested in hearing how this was done!) :)

Well, just layered two images over each other (Cf. some of my other posts for some abstract images). Then I added a canvas texture in photoshop. That's it.

The size is 12x12cm (for the CD of course), but I guess I could probable make a 2000x2000 version.

Well, I conceptualize my portfolio as 'packs'. There is of course, my graphics and animations for my portfolio, but I also add software for people to use e.g. Aliaswavefront Learning Edition, Carrara, 3DStrata / Unverse 4.0.5 Demo / Bryce 3D Demo /Games e.g. Wing Commander Secret Ops / Utilities e.g. DivX Players/ WinRar / Trailers e.g matrix reloaded etc. so people get a lot of stuff when they get my portfolio .

The CD's use a HTML, so you browse through a graphic menu and click e.g. portfolio, trailers etc. The interface is therefore transparent and all the add-ons animations etc. can be copied and played seperately. I can also copy my interface onto the web and slot in links/software/tutorials as I want to.

Of course for this little endeavor of mine I need at least 700MB :)

This is very effective, I like the way it looks like flames. Very nice and good for it's purpose too.
