Was working out in my landscaping today and thought, I just have to bring in these roses. Still more ready to open probably by tomorrow. I have 3 bushes

Beautiful, Luvy!

Oh, Luvy, these are gorgeous! I'm so jealous. My one rosebush died over the winter. I just planted two new ones on Mother's Day, and it has been raining ever since. I'm afraid they will float away soon. I hope you are taking lots of photos so you can do lots of paintings of these.

Luvy, not only are they beautiful roses but also a nice composition for a stilllife painting. It is a great year for roses here in Northern California and it looks like they are basking in triumph on the east coast too.

Luvy , thank you for sharing . Especially for those of us who are rose deprived hee hee . The wild roses are the only ones that grow here . I think I am finished with my painting of your last roses!!

They are lovely! I'm waiting for my yellow rose to bloom again...I was out of town during its earlier spring blooming so I missed taking photos this year. As long as the weather stays cool and damp, I'll have blooms! Do yours bloom all during the summer?
