MY COMMENTS:
This is only my 2nd or 3rd venture into Pastels as you most likely will notice imediately!

It is on real canvas primed pad

MY QUESTIONS FOR THE GROUP:
When using Pastels does one work from dark to light or the opposite, I have not got a clue! I did both I think!

hi there. You have a good composition working here, but I feel an over saturation of color and feeling. I've never done hard core serious work with pastels and can't comment on specifics on how to use them, but I can tell you that this is art and you are the final judge on how to use them.

Since this is one of your first pastels I think you'll improve and I'm sure you'll look back on this work and say, "gosh, I've learned so much".
