Racing on the Nile

Here's a shot on the Nile river at Aswan Egypt. The "Feluca's" aren't racing for a cup , only a better position to pick up the hodes of morning tourists pouring on the riverfront. Notice there all empty or in "ballast". 35 mm Kadachrome at 07:30. JD

On the lake here they look lovely together
like this. I couldn't resist seeing the
lovely reflections in the water.
