Lovely paintings Caron!
I like the first one, so adorable. I like them all, shouldn't really pick just one. :)

Beautiful paintings, Caron! I still can't get over the transparent look of those eyes!

Is that 6x36 one on canvas? If so, wow, where'd you find it in that size?

I love your tux kitty paintings! I had a dream the other night that you got 2 more kitties ... and one was a tux ... and a ball of fluff! Keep up the good work - painting them not getting them! :)

Caron, I love your Tux kitties...I used to have one years ago. If I had to pick a favorite (hard choice!) I like the one on the piano best.

Beautiful work as usual!

Everyone a jewel Caron!
Your eyes are wonderful!

Oh man! Those are gorgeous! I especially like the one with the "mustache" -- looks very realistic, especially the eyes -- and the tall, narrow one. Love the format on that one.

I lost my tux kittie about 2 years ago. He was a sweetie pie! Love those babies!

Thanks all for your lovely comments..:)
Tux kitties are so much fun to do. I use to fear them having to deal with the black and white but now its something I look forward to.
Yes Connie, the 6x36 is one canvas. Any good artstore should carry it..it was hard coming up with a composition that would fit its width and still accomodate its height. I hope I was successful on doing that..:)
Aunty, nice to see you back! And no!! No more kitties right now for me..
rusticstudio, sorry to hear of you loosing your tux..I only was owned by one and she was hit by a car many years ago. I never want that to happen again..:(

Caron: It is hard when we lose our babies, but all the love and joy we get from them while they are here is sooo worth it!

Do you sell your work? If so, where? Do you do commissions? I imagine lots of people would love to have you paint their babies!

Yes patty, I agree, just when we loose them in a violent way that is so unfair...
Yes I do sell all my work and these days mainly just on ebay. I do commissions both on and off ebay and just posted another tux that I just finished the other day for a client. I presently have 5 kitty commissions on the go and of course all focusing on their amazing eyes! I get a lot of inquiry about them and do a number of charity portraits to raise funds for various organizations or individuals..
Thank you so much for your kind compliments!..:)
