View Full Version : Suggestions on storing pens

I just bought a bunch of gel pens, and some other liquid pens.

Anyone know the best way to store these (besides just with lids on) so that the ink will not dry up or get stuck or anything?

i assume it doesn't matter how u store like micron type pens does it.... eg does it make a difference if they are on their side or vertical etc?

I can't say I have had any problems, and I don't store them in any special way. They only ever run dry when I use them too much!;)

okay, so nothing special about gels :)

I do know the liquid ones MUST have a cap or they leak... nasty thing their leaking... but they are great pens.

Pens MUST be stored (uncapped) in your right or left hand and held straight up and down or at a slight tilt with the exposed tip touching your paper. You must move the pen around to various positions on your paper and when you feel your hand needs a rest it is recommended that you place the cap back on the pen. These pens need a LOT of attention , so it is NOT recommended that they be left alone for any period of time :D:D:D:D:D:D:D
