Hi.

I don't know what "OPS" is, but I think the work is beautiful. Soft and inviting.

Nice work Marilyn! So soft, but with great color. OP (oil pastels) seem to be gaining popularity on WC.

As you can see, I am from NC too - where are you?

Nice painting, Marilyn!
Seems a special and delicate technique.
Do you use the cp's over the op? (to use a bit of jargon)

Thank you for your comments. OPS are new to me. Someone wrote what I blended with on my OPS and I asked what were OPS. I thought they meant Oil Pastel shader. I am learning many new thing. These are new to me. I have posted, I think, a total of three small ones. I am learning as I go. THere is a wonderful thread on OPS that has lots of info in this group.

Kyle, I live up in Youngsville outside of Wake Forest. Lived up here for 5 years.

Dick, I used the Polychromos over the top. Just a light touch. Polychromos are oil based colored pencil so they go on nicely. Of course pressure would just dig into the pastel. So go lightly.

I live in on the road in North Raleigh off of I 540. I work the Lowes Food and Krogers off of Strickland Road doing Hallmark cards. Yes, we are neighbors.

It is a small world - I shop at Lowes all the time. I live between Six Forks and Lead Mine. I will look for you the next time I'm up there! Glad to meet you and to know someone on WC from Raleigh.
