Nice view between the two buildings. It is so bright, it is a bit washed out looking IMHO. I hope it is just the computer.

Hi, Laura. This is lovely! I do agree with Mary that it appears very light - it's probably the photo. My only suggestion would be to perhaps darken the sky a wee bit so there's more definition of the buildings and boat.

Maine is so beautiful - you're lucky to be there! Thanks for sharing this bit with us!

This is a lovely composition Laura... It looks pretty white bright on my monitor though... Could you add a little more definition to your building on the left and your gate in the foreground? Your flowers and foliage are beautifully painted!! I like this!!

nicely done... a tad too much pure white for me (at least on my screen)... and - maybe it's just me - but it seems as if your gate post and gate lean toward the left... if so, this throws me off... if not, my eyes throw me off.
