Henry, you are making me very homesick! I was supposed to take my granddaughter to Scotland in June for her high school graduation gift. However, my spirit is willing (and yearning) but this old flesh is weak!

Beautifully rendered and very evocative of Plockton!

Another good one Flattwo. I think there are some fish hanging around the old pilings waiting to be caught.

Flattwo,

what a beautiful piece. Very peaceful. Looks like it would make for a lovely walk along the lake.

Great job.

Lovely scene, Henry. I like the format too. We just had a visit from an elderly Scottish couple, full of stories. I can picture them in this setting.

As soon as I saw it I thought 'Sheildaig'.

So evocative - sigh.

The water is beautifully but simply rendered, and the colours throughout are lovely!
Good one!
