Jijo, this is lovely! I especially like the way you've handled the brickwork. The shadows and broken windows are very nicely done, too!

the brickwork and tress are well done!
Like the colors but
I am not sure about the composition...my eye wanders around looking for a place to rest...what is your center of interest?
thanks erin for seeing and comment.
Yes Pam, you´re right, well balanced, nice painted but no way to go. have to think about it. mmmm....
It´s more like an architectural drawing describing a situation than a picture.
thanks for advice. good point

Needs a "For Sale" sign to attract the eye?

Excellent...for style portrayed I like to see the window cracks more lost and found.
Get Pamps point, but don't have a fix suggestion. Stucco seems a bit too clean for anticipated abandonment of house, likewise no overgrown lawn.
Very well done...... some good suggestions......
Only little thing that bothers me a bit is the bg is near the value of the house.....hard to read as bg........
May be scan or picture so take with grain of salt....

This is really going to be stunning... I love the whole idea... About the stairs... I don't realize that they're actually stairs until my eye gets to the bottom where the shadow is... The wall behind the stairs could be a little darker... I'm viewing this on my laptop monitor and it doesn't always display the best....

Nice job and good suggestions.
Doug, Jan, Fookie, Al, CharM and JoAnn thanks you all for seeing and commenting.
Good suggestions, I have to admit my values are allways in problem. I´m afraid of overworking missing washin style, Have to work more on that.
Teacher also suggest same problems so actual paint is a bit more valued, I have to learn a lot on getting values not just saturating colours but by combining them and contrasting...
Tahnks again, you are cheaper than teacher ans so qualified as him!!!!:) :) :)
