I made a few changes from previous comments and critiques....has this enhanced the painting? I also have a before and after pic to go along with the larger one.

I dunno Bev. I like them both and would hang them both on my wall side by each. http://www.wetcanvas.com/ubb/smile.gif

I think the change has made it look fuller and more robust. I like the changes.

Love the curtain! And would agree to add SOME sunlight on the flowers... Point being to treat left and right of foreground with some variety... Scrumptious painting!

Thank you all for your comments! I will add a little sunlight to some of the flowers. Also I am going to tone down some of the purple/blue shadows.

Adobe?

No curtin. No matter which looks better.

Definitly the remix. Love the way the shadows fall onto the adobe... that purple against the adobe colors, and the trim is wonderful with the pinks, blues, greens... Makes me want to move right in. Warm, fun, light and delightfully welcoming.

ha! I'm going to mix things up, I don't like the curtin ... but I think that might be a personal taste thing.... I just like the clean lines of it without.

I LOVE the shadows and the colours you've added... very yummy as Zotma would say.

I think these are nice, maybe I'm just into those sante fe blue window adobes, but I get a really cool, relaxed feeling when looking at these
