Interesting points Barb. The thing I struggle with is the $$ amount per hour. I can hardly charge the customer my entire time on a painting...not their fault if I'm new and, therefore, work excrutiatingly slow and am the "Queen of Fiddling"!! LOL.

I agree - you have to consider what the market will bear - in any business. Labor is not a fixed cost for us!

this is a great site and i saved it to favorites. there are alot of good points there and things i didn't think about when i am setting a price.
