Merely a student of life!:)

'The artist is no more than a receptacle for sensations, a brain, a recording apparatus. But if it interferes, if it dares, feeble apparatus that it is, to deliberately intervene in what it should be translating, its own pettiness gets into the picture. The work becomes inferior.... I like this style Dave!! It is so....morphy. *SMILE* I love that one figure that is burnt sienna going into the lighter color as you travel upwards to the head. I like the direction you are going here.

Hey, Big Dave!

This is cool!

Notice the reaction from your audience. Everyone is seeing something else. Just like looking into the clouds on an autumn day.

Neat!

Cheers!

Whoa, keep experimenting, keep having fun with the different media. I've pulled it up a few times to look at it without posting. It's because I'm still thinking about it....and....I'm still thinking about it....that's a good thing....wait....still thinking.......

This is a bit different, Dave. I don't see aliens - It's only Peter Garrett, Wendell Sailer and George Gregan out for a swim. http://www.wetcanvas.com/ubb/evilgrin.gif

Think that you need to keep developing the experiment - I'm with Rita at this stage.

Cool one Dave. I especially like the three dimensional effects and the backlighting effects in shapes and surfaces that have no business having them. Very skillful and very enjoyable. I'd like to see more like this. http://www.wetcanvas.com/ubb/cool.gif

Dave,

I love it; very evocative, mysterious, beautiful colors. I like the simplicity of the forms. I could see it staying just as is. It might be my favorite of yours.
