So, my title says it all. I'm going to teach myself how to draw horses, yet, get used to the anatomy/figure of the horse. Any advice or tips? I am starting off with just pencil or graphite pencil. :)

Pick an arabian to start with. They are the best looking horses in my humble opinion... It's more fun to sketch a pretty horse vs. a homely horse. I always pick the best looking ones I can find.

Visit the horse threads!! We've had many. Do some every day!

Practice. A lot! That's how I learned. Also, if you can, try to draw horses you see in life, or from photos. Horses are complicated and can be tough to learn to draw, but if you practice a lot you'll get the hang of it. Good luck. :)
