This is from a photo by Ann Cutler (Geckonia). I sent this to Pampe who did it first but............I thought I'd give it a go as well.
It is a quarter sheet , WN paint.

I really like this as well. The purples are lovely and I do like the greenish-blue in the sky, at least this is how is looks on my computer. Gives the sky a bit of interest.
Just my opinion.

Thank you all for looking and commenting.
Pampe, glad you like it. The actual picture is more vivid and the viridian in the sky is spread through out the building (not picked up by the camera).
artmom, no this is the finished painting . It's kind of like a one color value study with a little color thrown in for interest.
Babybrush and Surreal , to have two special people like it is an honor. Thank you.
CharM, no I didn't ink the lines. They are painted on with a rigger brush.
hopefullybucky, thank you for your comments. I happen to agree with you but...........I'm kind of partial . :D

Good job, Doug!
I am happy to hear that more virdian appears throughout, although I would like to see a bit more blending in on the virdian sky streaks. Also a bit too tonal for me, I like to see some whites, light, medium, and darkers in that church. Wonderful shot.
