Rosanna, i really like how you painted the water in the bottom two thirds of the picture and the rock in the lower right corner. very well done. The painting as a whole has that towering feeling and the boat looks like it is falling down a huge expanse of water. It reminds very much of a painting at the Shangrila in Hong Kong that is about 15 stories high. http://www.wetcanvas.com/ubb/smile.gif

I was there in December 1999 - very impressive painting hanging down the centre well of the hotel all the way from top to bottom. It took many artists huge time to complete it. I hope to go again soon -- maybe even this summer!! http://www.wetcanvas.com/ubb/smile.gif
