I was playing with a straw... I'm not sure if this is anything or not... it's small, 8 x 10
any ideas for improvement?

I turned it upside down, puddled the paint at the top of the water fall and blew through the straw to get thoes streammy lines... they just went every which way, then I put the rocks around the lines.

(welcome back - we missed you!)

Interesting and different, like the crystal effect in the center.....bit surreal. I use these homemade air brushes to do grass and weeds now and then.......fun.....never know quite where it will go.....

That looks like a fun way to do a waterfall. Did you feel like you had any control or does the paint totally do it's own thing?

I like the looseness and the lovely color scheme, as well as your handling of the water. I find the two largest rocks on the right make a somewhat awkward composition, but I'm not sure what I would have you do with them. Maybe they needed to be all the way at the bottom.

Good job on a nice, loose, colorful little landscape.

I like the way you've got a loose background of trees and the funky foreground of rocks, and whatever. It is cool.

no control - it goes straight, thats for sure... maybe one would feel more control after a few tries. dunno if i'll try again.

I like it - looks like 'little people' dancing at the bottom of the garden:) - I haven't had anything to drink either! lol

That's the kind of painting that I like, soft and hard edges, good values, nice color, not a colored drawing, but a painting. It is not abstract for me, it is a river with rocks and plants. In my view this is very good work.
