Beautiful, Karen.

So expressive with so few strokes.

This has a really nice feel to it Karen. I wish I could bring watercolor to my life class, but our instructor insists on only pencil or conte. I think the watercolor brings it to life.

it's kind of funny. I spent about two hours on the other side of her, drawing and erasing, couldn't get the portions right, (I wouldn't even post that effort, it's really a mess) then in the last 10 minutes of class I went round back and got this 'snap shot' - sometimes it's like that for me, I have to spend time getting to know a subject, then it just comes out. thanks for your kind comments -
