Nice composition, Peter, with Snowdonia in the background.
Did you leave out the blue for the Menai Straits - there seems a gap there just right?

Peter, this is very soothing... You UK guys have very interesting landscapes to draw your inspiration from... BTW, did you get to your workshop and how did you like it?

Blue sky over Snowdonia? Surely not! :)
Actually I don't know anywhere on the island where the mountains would appear quite that imposing in real life, but it doesn't really matter. You've certainly captured the isolated feel of some of the local farms quite nicely.

Doug / Magnus - Your'e quite right, a little bit of artistic licence there. I did say it was loosely based after all :D :D
CharM - Had a great time at the workshop with Terry Harrison. He makes it all look so easy. Got some really good tips and ideas and it's nice to add another string to the bow, but I don't know if I'd want to paint in that style all the time.
