9 x 12 watercolor from a photograph I had. I am not happy with the green bushes. Any help would be appreciated.

This beautiful piece.
Nice cast shadow reflecting on the door, but I don't understand what that white spot is.
Great clapboards.
I don't know good scenery from a milk bottle, but on Home Page there is an excellent tuturial by our friend Marvin Chew. MChew does wonderful foilage.

The white spot is glare from the glass when i took the digital picture of this. Sorry.

Oh, didn't realize it was already framed.
Apologize for the critique; I am likely wrong anyway. :D

Don't know why your not happy with the bushes.. I think they are really good.

To avoid the flash reflection put your camera on a tripod in natural light with the picture on the floor and position the camera above the painting - turn the flash off - then activate the timer (to avoid image blur)

The other alternative is to take the photo using flash but before you frame it :D

Your composition is very nice... Shadows are well done... Next time, you could follow Fookie's advice and read Marvin's article...
