MY COMMENTS:
Painted this at the request of a co-worker. Did it more as a challenge to me since I haven't painted children much and not four at a time.
It's done on primed cardboard from a photo...never met the children. Had the most trouble with the two left. Haven't showed it yet to the co-worker.

MY QUESTIONS FOR THE GROUP:
Is there anything glaring that needs fixing?

talk about an orderly collection.

in a way the source looks like it is from a studio photo, nominally called a professional photo. that is always a challenge.

the peroxide unlocked you, this one made you a bit tight.
great faces though and a grand ouvre with fine lush color and nuance.

The boy on my right is my favorite, nice light, brushwork and skintones.

the boy on the viewer's left is awesome .. the other three seem a little over or under done .. not sure which .. they just look tight.

jerry, yes one of those studio type photos...I thought I would make the faces stand out...the individuality and likeness is there.
I had a wallet size photo...converted to greyscale and enlarged to work from...and overworked it is.

Luzie, worked the least on him.

Cathleen, thank you!

Wayne:D there all a little over or under done...just decided I was done.

Still haven't showed it to the coworker...maybe Fri.
