how did you like working on Bristol Board? how was it different from wc paper? looks nice. the background is a little harsh, but it's growing on me.

Bristol board isn't the most wonderful paper to work on. It wants to pill up. It won't take much work/abuse. I only work on it, when I am too lazy to crawl under the bed to get hot press watercolor paper out and cut it up to the size I wish to work with. LOL!

Wow, what a bright, stunning yellow tulip. I do think it could use some indication of a stem though, so it doesn't look like it's floating.

Marilyn: What a beautiful yellow, I thought it was a pansie but the title suggests a tulip and taking a second look I think a tulip fully opened. I like it very much

Bristol board hmmm .... does the paint soak in and leave the white showing or must you blot up any excess.
