Frank, beautiful rendering--I feel like I'm on the street in Taipei--except it's a little quiet! :D

Really nice street scene. And yes, it does look like a busy morning with lots of traffic. Good job!

Frank,

You have created another beautiful painting. I haven't been to Taipei in over 30 years, but I do remember the busy streets!! You have captured the feel of a busy morning in Taipei very well!! Very nice!!

Frank, everytime I view one of your works I feel that I am there with you, enjoying what you see. This one is particularly well done. Limited palette works well, and love the foreground tree leaves.

Wonderful painting, Frank

You managed to give the impression of a great deal going on with a few selected strokes.

Frank:

Your watercolour is really excellent! I love the looseness of your style, the colour and highlights you've used here. It's the kind of style I really admire but have not been able to get away from details myself. I can see you have been very modest about your abilities when posting to my threads. Keep posting more.

Hi,
I really like your painting and your style. I like the way the tree in the foreground really stands. Love the contrast also. You have successfully achieved an atmosphere of busy street in early morn.

Very nicely done. I not only like the limited palette, but also the simplicity of the strokes (I can't see your bush work, but it appears as if each stroke counted - .... hmmm, not sure I can adequately express my thinking here)... let's just say I like it alot. jti
