note to self: use a different medium next week :D
I'm still fighting with last week's WDE; it and this week's were too dull and pasty for my liking. Some cp glazes helped, but then I couldn't get a good photo. Grump, grump, grump.
8x10 on black Mei-Tintes, rough side, helped along with a fancy FotoSketcher frame. The trees were drawn with an eraser.

I esp like the muted yellow upper sky interlaced with the mottled patches, Wendy!!
All those limbs turned out as very believable!

Well I think it looks beautiful from my end. That glorious sun shining through the trees on a crisp winters day. Luverley.

Your grump, grump, grump is unwarrented!! This is lovely. Esp with your digi frame.
I remember you giving me the link to the digi frames and I was never able to make them work for me...I can be such a retard sometimes - and to think I was tech for Sony 3-D....lol

I see what you're talking about, not as vivid as your colors are normally. I like it though.

I like it too. It is soft and colorful and it should be fuzzy from afar, especially with the sun rising into your eyes. (I understand the grumps - had the same problem with not being able to scan the pan pastels to my liking.)

'Once upon a time in a snowy land...' This has an poetic, illustrative quality. you want to sit down and wait for the story to begin.

If you use a different medium next week, can I use your current week's magic medium? I'd like to think it could help me :)
