I am learning to love watercolor! I love that it forces me to be loose. I take it up a notch and just let the colors go awry. What fun! This is one of only about 3 watercolor paintings I have done. (My normal medium is oil pastel, and this is one of my first forays into any kind of wet medium). It's the typical look that greyhounds are known for. Ears folded back and tucked. If you have a greyhound, you know! From several pics of my cousin's greyhounds:

Pan watercolors (is that the right term? from the little dried cakes, haven't yet gotten out the tubes except for white.) on Strathmore watercolor book; 11 x 14.

You handle the loose look very well. grayhounds are an animated looking dog and you captured that look. Nice job.
