Nice relaxed looking pose..........like the way you have handled the subject. Just wondering about the green shadow under her left breast......looks a little flat maybe, although in reality there may be a delicate shift in tone to describe the shape of her body. It doesn't detract really, just a thought.

How do YOU feel about the picture, as a whole ?

This is good work. nice shadow and good feeling of space I get from this. Colors work well and I'm intrigued. You say that you were working on color and pose and you have done very well. The only thing I can say that is not premium is the upper lip of the woman... its a tad big.

have fun,

Bocote

What a great painting, love the painterly quality and her stance!
I think the feet might be a tad small compared to hands and head, but it'll easily still "stand" on it's own:D
Great job!

Jerry, Hopper as in lonely subject?

mark, ginette, cathleen:D

Andy, there are things I would have refined a bit more with more time...but times up. Overall I'm happy with it. That's the beauty of painting...never perfect...always leads you onward to do a better one.

qaziasif, thank you.

Pam, cc's and mg's pay the bills so I can paint.;)

Luzie, probably small but she was petite. A dancer.

Wayne, grumpy yes...posing while in pain. Knee simply done...didn't know you're a leg man.:D
